Part of the mission of the With One Word Foundation is to connect people to sources of help. Regardless of what you may be facing, reaching out for help from a counselor, joining a support group, or even calling a hotline can be a great place to start.

The resources listed here are just a few of many. When reaching out to service providers, we always encourage people to begin by connecting with resources from licensed providers. While With One Word Foundation believes in the power of help, you are responsible for interviewing and selecting the provider or service. As With One Word Foundation does not provide services, With One Word Foundation cannot accept responsibility for any of the services provided by these or any other providers.

The With One Word Foundation and Initiative is not a 24-hour helpline, nor are we trained health professionals. With One Word Foundation hopes to serve as a bridge to help.

If this is an emergency, or if you are worried that you or someone you know may be at risk for suicide, please call your local authorities (911), contact a mental health professional, or call and talk to someone at 1-800-SUICIDE (784-2433).
